The Lakes Charity Classic events all require a minimum donation of £45 for anyone who is not a member of the Cumbria Soaring Club (they get a £10 discount)
Competition entry includes a single event meal but DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING.
Payment for Camping/Parking is taken on arrival.
Camping/Parking costs £10 per person per night and payment will be made at the entrance to the showfield and is via Paypal or with cash.
While your event entry donation includes your own meal and entry to the showground on the Saturday, entry and a meal for friends and family must be purchased separately via this website ( https://x-lakes.uk/product/lakes-charity-classic-2022-non-competing-friends-and-family-children-under-14-free/) or by adding £15 per additional head to any bank transfer payment.

Coaching Applications – Please note that we will give preference to pilots to have not previously attended a LCC coaching session. If you have attended more than 2 previous coaching events then your provisional application will be held on a reserve list until close to applications closing. We would recommend that you try the B competition as it’s a low key, fun event.
A and B Competitions – Please could you recommend a charity; if you win then your nomination will be considered as a beneficiary. We prefer to see donations going to Cumbrian charities that reflect the free flying spirit of Cumbia Soaring Club. We would reject a charity that was a quasi commercial enterprise. In all cases, your recommendation will be subject to approval by the CSC committee.
