To pay by bank transfer, you will need an online bank account
To pay by cheque you will need the following
- A cheque book

- Software on your PC to read a pdf document (Google “Adobe Reader” if you haven’t got it)
Please complete the form below; all of the mandatory fields must be completed. When you press the Register button, you will be taken to the second form where you will be asked to confirm or delete your details. If the details are correct, you can then select your method of payment.
The entry minimum donation is
- £35 for CSC members
- £45 for non members
- £15 for non competing friends and family (children under 14 free)
Your entry donation (including the fee for non competing friends and family) includes a meal on the Saturday evening. IT DOES NOT INCLUDE CAMPING – see the camping tab for details of how to book camping. Please note that we can only provide meals for non competing family and friends if they are pre-booked when you register.
Note that there are 45 A competition places, 35 B competition places and 20 coaching places. Applications will be processed on a “first come, first served” basis but the clock starts from when your successfully completed, signed application form complete with cheque is received or we receive your bank transfer and confirm it’s receipt
Your application will be rejected if we do not receive the bank transfer or your cheque. Once your bank transfer or form has been received, you will receive an e-mail saying that your application has been accepted. You can view the list of accepted participants on the LCC page.
If you have ticked the box headed ‘Gift Aid’, then providing that you are a UK income tax payer, we can claim an additional 25% of your charitable donation from HM Revenue and Customs. This means that for every £1 you give to charity from your registration donation, we can add a further 25p from the government.
Coaching Applications – Please note that we will give preference to pilots to have not previously attended a LCC coaching session. If you have attended more than 2 previous coaching events then your provisional application will be held on a reserve list until close to applications closing. We would recommend that you try the B competition as it’s a low key, fun event.
A and B Competitions – Please could you recommend a charity; if you win then your nomination will be considered as a beneficiary. We prefer to see donations going to Cumbrian charities that reflect the free flying spirit of Cumbia Soaring Club. We would reject a charity that was a quasi commercial enterprise. In all cases, your recommendation will be subject to approval by the CSC committee.
