There are often cancellations near to the date of the event and if places become available, while still having a manageable group taking part, then we will contact you to see if you are still keen to take part.
If you do not hear from us, cannot participate and wish to have a refund of your donation, then please email the organisers. Paypal will retain their booking fee but we can refund the remaining amount if you get in touch within ten days of the event taking place.
